Johnny is co-owner of The Johnson Insurance Agency and a licensed insurance professional dedicated to helping individuals, families and business owners find the right coverage for their needs.  In addition to serving clients directly, Johnny oversees the agency's day-to-day operations, ensuring every client receives exceptional service and support. His commitment to building relationships and providing personalized guidance has helped make the agency a trusted resource for insurance solutions.

Deborah Johnson

Co-Owner, Licensed Insurance Agent

Deborah is co-owner of The Johnson Insurance Agency and a licensed insurance agent with a passion for educating and empowering clients. She leads the agency's training and developement efforts while also working directly with clients to help them make informed decisions regarding their health, Medicare, Life, Annuities, and supplemental insurance needs. Deborah's focus on education, integrity, and client advocacy is at the heart of the agency's mission.

Crystal Hernandez

Licensed Insurance Agent

Crystal is a licensed insurance agent who is passionate about helping individuals, families, and business owners understand their coverage options and make confident decisions about their insurance needs. As a bilingual agent, Crystal proudly serves both English- and Spanish- speaking clients with Health, Medicare, employer group, and supplemental insurance, ensuring they receive clear communication and personalized support throughout the enrollment process. Miriam Farmer

Administrator & Recruiting

Miriam serves as Executive Administrative Assistant and Agent Recruiter for The Johnson Insurance Agency. She plays a vital role in supporting the agency's daily operations, coordinating administrative functions, and helping ensure a smooth experience for both clients and team members. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Miriam leads our recruiting efforts, helping identify and connect with individuals who are interested in building a rewarding career in the insurance industry. Her organizational skills, professionalism, and dedication to supporting others make her an invaluable part of the team.
